The programs are named as – Avancée, Ace Plus, Spring Board and Numero Uno. The contents of these programs depend on the kind of audience and the duration they are intended for.

Avancée – The Avancée program is a complete executive transformation program that goes on for 100 hours; spread over 14 weeks. This is ideal for employees in middle management and is conducted at VTS team premises.

Ace Plus – The Ace Plus program comes as a three day workshop for creating awareness in interaction, communication, business etiquette, body language basics and team work. This is ideally suited for new employees and people with experience of less than three years.

Spring Board – This is ideally meant for people with experience of more than 8 years in any domain and yet are struggling for communication, presentations, public speaking, managerial; and leadership skills etc. This is a long duration program.

Numero Uno- This program is specially designed to suit sales staff and to help them in grooming, body language, etiquette and communication. This program helps to create an ideal sales personality. This is a three day workshop.

During this interactive training you will learn how to better understand and align your own and the customer’s communication styles. A tool called DiSC will be used to develop effective strategies to interact with other behavioural styles.
